What is the expected result?
Chrome won't crash

What happens instead?
Chrome will immediately crash after you try to launch it. We tried asking for crash IDs but users cannot get to chrome://crashes without Chrome crashing. One affected user tried installing Chrome Beta, but they still cannot get Chrome to launch.

Feedback: 
"Google chrome continues to crash on startup on a friends pc. We have tried to do the small fixes such as reinstalling, running in compatibility modes, clearing folders and saved data, and turning off hardware acceleration system wide. He cannot access chrome settings at all"

"This solution relies on users ability to open google chrome. But what then when the chrome won't respond to anyting? Uninstalled and installed nothing works. Tried Chrome Canary, that doesn't work either. I don't know what the problem is and I'm not finding anything to fix it here."
