UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Place Chrome windows on separate workspaces
2. Restart Chrome
3. All Chrome windows restore to the current workspace

What is the expected behavior?
Chrome windows restored to their respective workspaces, where they were before restart.

What went wrong?
Restoring windows doesn't work correctly, which causes me to resist Chrome updates, which delays pulling in the latest security patches.

This same issue was fixed for X11/Linux in  Issue 18596 , but remains for Compiz/Linux.
