What is the expected behavior?
Video is working properly

What went wrong?
The video is just a green box, audio is playing fine.
Disabling accelerated video decoding fixes the problem.
This happens on any AVC1 video on YouTube and lots of other sites. VP9 is fine probably because it isn't using HW accelerated decoding.

This problem started around thursday or friday last week in canary builds, it was working before and is still working in current dev channel builds.
