Improve log filter function on chrome://interventions-internals.

Will not search on multiple keywords separated by spaces. Rows that have
all the given keywords will be displayed.

E.g. When enter "litepage slow youtube.com" would display rows and expandable rows that contains "litepage", "slow", and "youtube.com" in any order.
