Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://campus.bellmore-merrick.k12.ny.us/campus/bellmore.jsp // https://campus.bellmore-merrick.k12.ny.us/campus/apps/guestAccess/gradebookHTML.html Steps to reproduce the problem: 1.open browser 2.enter login credentials 3.access site pop up does not display What is the expected behavior? pop up should be displayed when link is clicked What went wrong? the pop up fails to load / appears to load after a new seach feature was added to the site. (This is a shell object that acts as component reference of a nav wrapper so the communicator service // can make calls to it such as showing a global modal) Does it occur on multiple sites: No Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 63.0.3239.132 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Tested on chrome beta 64 and it worked Tested on chrome canary and it worked the pop up works in incognito mode the pop up works when not signed into google chrome there is no pop up blocker extenstion added it worked when chrome management is disabled

Thanks for filing the issue! Unable to check the issue on Windows 10 with chrome version 63.0.3239.132 as we don't have test credentials to log in after navigating to the first URL https://campus.bellmore-merrick.k12.ny.us/campus/bellmore.jsp. Navigating to the second URL https://campus.bellmore-merrick.k12.ny.us/campus/apps/guestAccess/gradebookHTML.html says "Contact your school or district's tech staff to receive the proper url to enter your username and password." @Reporter: Could you please share sample test credentials which helps us to triage the issue in a better way.
