UI glitch in Password Manager when deleting password.

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Have several passwords saved
2. Open password manager
3. Reveal top record's password(assume it has "123" value)
4. Delete top record
5. Second's record password shows password of the deleted record("123") instead of ******.

What is the expected behavior?
After deleting top record, password value of second record should remain ******.

What went wrong?
Second's record password shows password of the deleted record("123") instead of ******.

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 63.0.3239.132  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0

and its any password so
show password n
delete row n
   row n is deleted and row n+1 moves up to take it's place. except while you'd expect to see ".........." (hidden password n+1) in the password column the previously displayed password (n) is still displayed

seems to be ok in Version 65.0.3316.1 (Official Build) canary SyzyASan (32-bit)
