Issue descriptionVersion: 65.0.3315.3 e3b7a8643b5a46f3483a85bb20d25213b84a8906-refs/branch-heads/3315@{#4} OS: Mac OS X(10.13.1) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome,click on 'Customize and control Google chrome' iron icon to open wrench menu 2. Now hover mouse cursor on cut,copy and paste options in 'Edit' section,observe Actual: Blue focus highlight is not seen after mouse hover on cut,copy and paste options in 'Edit' section Expected: Blue focus highlight should be seen after mouse hover on cut,copy and paste options in 'Edit' section This is a Non-regression issue, seen from M-50 series from build # 50.0.2627.0 Kindly review the attached screen cast for reference. Note : Issue is not seen on Windows(7,8,8.1,10),Linux(14.04 LTS) and Mac(10.12.6)OS.

This might be an AppKit bug :/ Seems they work fine if you enter the tracking area from above or below. But if you leave one tracking area and enter another moving left/right then you just get a blue line (left->right) or nothing (right->left) speculatively picking sdy in case you have cycles.. These special items have been around for a while and everyone hates them. Since, e.g., there's no way to access them via keyboard ( Issue 696234 ). They're also not properly translucent. Maybe we need to talk to UX about getting a redesign for the Chrome menu on Mac.

***Mass UI Triage*** Just to update: We were unable to reproduce this bug on Mac(10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14.2), Windows(7,8,8.1,10) and Linux(14.04) OS using Latest canary #72.0.36010.0 Hence, marking it as WontFix. Thank you. |
