aria-live region doesn't work in JAWS, chrome. Works fine in JAWS, IE

Yes the issue is similar, the new value displayed by the live region isn't
being read out by jaws in chrome.

As per comment#4 from the reporter, this issue seems to be similar to that of  Issue 781098 , hence duplicating.
