Popup handles disappear when rotated from portrait to landscape

Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Build Android WebView Test Shell APK by the latest source code, 2. Open https://m.baidu.com, rotate the phone to portrait, selection menu and handles will show after long press the page, 3. Popup handles disappear when rotated from portrait to landscape. My device is HUAWEI MATE 9. I test Android WebView Test Shell(M62,M63 and the latest) can reproduce this problem. I upload a video on Youtube, https://youtu.be/7EcXRn5pfLY What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Popup handles disappear when rotated from portrait to landscape. Did this work before? The Test APK is just WebView instrumentation APK generated by the source code.

fanjinsong@, thanks for reporting this issue. I observed a slightly different bug from my local build, most of the time the right handle will disappear after rotation.

Hi Shimi, ď˝”his issue depends on the selection bound in the portrait. If the old position of handles in the portrait are beyond the landscape screen, then the handles will disappear. Maybe I can upload a CL for review.
