This tracker is for reporting security bugs in chromium, this does not qualify since I think you are claiming there is an issue with Malwarebytes.

But from the screenshot you have posted, it looks like you actually have unwanted programs on your computer that have modified chrome.

PUP.Optional.Ask PUP.Optional.Conduit and PUP.Optional.WinYahoo all sound like programs that change the search engine in the url bar (omnibox).
If you would like to get rid of these programs, you may want to consider using our tool that removes these kinds of programs:
https://www.google.com/chrome/cleanup-tool/index.html
I reported it for both and each says that it is the other's issue. I just wanted to warn you guys so that you could fix it.
And I'll see if the tool helps. Thanks.
Tool doesn't help. It just resets Chrome, and the error reaccurs. For the time being, I have added Chrome to the Exclusions, as I trust that Google has secured Chrome properly.
