Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10032.75.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.116 Safari/537.36 Platform: Google_Auron_yuna.6301.59.116 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Enable notification for a website e.g. Facebook 2. Wait for notification What is the expected behavior? The notification will show up in the notification area What went wrong? Nothing popped up. Also checking the area didn't show a list of websites where notification are enabled for Did this work before? Yes Don't remember Chrome version: 63.0.3239.116 Channel: stable OS Version: 10032.75.0 Flash Version: 28.0.0.126 Don't remember but I remember in previous versions, the list of notification enable apps show up in the notification area.

Notifications from Twitter work fine, Gmail only every now and then IF Gmail web page is open. Yahoo Mail gets nothing and Facebook only random. This was on builds 62.xxxx, 63.xxxx and now beta 64.xxxx

Occurring on my Acer C771T chromebook as well. Happens on both Version 63.0.3239.116 (Official Build) (64-bit) and Version 63.0.3239.140 (Official Build) (64-bit). Just submitted report with screenshot including this issue #; ReportBug just after that reported 70167811.

I can confirm this on ASUS Flip C302 on both 63.0.3239.116 and 63.0.3239.140, both on stable channel.

Can confirm it too, since Chrome OS 63 hits stable on a Samsung Chromebook, a HP 14 (Haswell) and the Acer Chromebook 15 CB5-571.

I don't know if this is related but Facebook Messenger doesn't pop up any notifications despite there having a new notification for me. I can see Messenger.com notifications enabled in the list.

Just to add: notification-icons show always but if the device enters sleep mode, once you wake it up notification-pop-ups nevermore appear until reboot. Stable 65.0.3325.209 yuna, falco, daisy |
