Google logo doesn't show up on Google homepage

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Visit the google.com homepage
2. Logged in to my google account
3. And no Google logo

What is the expected behavior?
Google Logo

What went wrong?
This is the image url but it gives 400 error:
https://www.google.com.tr/images/branding/googlelogo/1x/googlelogo_color_272x92dp.png

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 63.0.3239.132  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.13.2
Flash Version: 

Tried to clear cache. Didn't help.

But in incognito mode there is no problem

Unable to reproduce the issue on mac 10.13.1 using chrome reported version #63.0.3239.132 and latest canary #65.0.3315.3.

Attached a screen shot for reference.

Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue.
------------
1. Visited the google.com homepage
2. Logged in to my google account
3. Observed that google doodle is observed without any issues.

ozerbeyz@ - Could you please check the issue on latest canary #65.0.3315.3 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not.
