Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.84 Safari/537.36 Platform: 10032.75.0 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Try to print but missing tray selection options What is the expected behavior? I'd see all the trays available. What went wrong? There isn't an option to show all the trays for my Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP M577dn or the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw printers. This seems to be true of any HP Laserjet models which makes the Chrome OS difficult to use in an office environment. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 63.0.3239.84 Channel: stable OS Version: 63.0.3239.116 Flash Version: I was told to open this ticket separately by skau@chromium.org https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=782984&q=component%3AInternals%3EPrinting%3ECUPS&sort=-modified&colspec=ID%20Pri%20M%20Stars%20ReleaseBlock%20Component%20Status%20Owner%20Summary%20OS%20Modified

We intend to solve this by querying the printer for tray support. Work is in progress. |
