Reported by ashamwad...@gmail.com, Jan 4 2018

Issue description

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I had wrote the automation code by robot framework in which for every new suite I was open the browser ran the test and then close it, which is happend almost 100 times many of the time my automation test are getting failed because I got above issue "Suite setup failed:
NoSuchWindowException: Message: no such window: window was already closed"
2) Also many of the time I saw Black browser screen
3) Many of the time I got the error like tis chromedriver exe has stoped working

What is the expected output?
No matter how many times I will open the browser and close it, it shouldn't gave me error like this

What do you see instead?
browser should be open without any error

The first screenshot shows at least 3 different apps failing. In addition to chromedriver.exe, I also see xampp-control.exe failing with access vilation, and a Java app failing due to low memory. I suspect this is more likely a system-wide issue instead of a Chrome or ChromeDriver issue.

If you still believe this is a ChromeDriver or Chrome issue, please provide the following information:
* Source code for your test app.
* Info about which version of ChromeDriver and Chrome you're running.
* A crash dump for chromedriver.exe.
* Verbose log from ChromeDriver, if possible.
