Duplicate line shortcut in Developer Tools editor not working after Chrome update

Reported by jlo...@gmail.com, Jan 8 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.108 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Position cursor on any line of text in Developer Tools editor
2. Press Ctrl+C followed by Ctrl+V
3. Current line does not get duplicated

What is the expected behavior?
In older versions of Chrome (on Windows) Ctrl+C followed by Ctrl+V without a selection used to duplicate the current line.

What went wrong?
The short cut Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V does not duplicate current line anymore.

Did this work before? Yes < 62

Chrome version: 63.0.3239.108 Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version:

This was a very handy feature for developers. Please reinstate Duplicate Line feature in Chrome Developer Tools editor.
