Omnibox's clear button is cut on top

App Version (from "Chrome Settings > About Chrome"): 65.0.3311.0
iOS Version: iOS 11
Device: iPhone SE

Steps to reproduce: 
1.) Load google.com
2.) Tap on the Omnibox

Observed behavior: 
Clear button is cut on the top

Not reproducible with 63.0.3232.73 or 64.0.3282.69.
