Rebaseline some font-rendering layout tests for LayoutNG

Project Member Reported by robertma@chromium.org, Jan 8 2018

Issue description

A recent Google internal dev environment change prompted a series of changes in LayoutTests to make it more distro-independent, namely putting dependent fonts to GCS (and fetching them with a `gclient sync` hook). In the process, some fonts were updated to newer versions, so some pixel tests were rebaselined. But we forgot to rebaseline flag-specific baselines, and some of them were later marked as failures in FlagExpectations.

Basically, all the tests rebaselined in https://crbug.com/772116 (Googlers only) should also be rebaselined for LayoutNG.
