What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Download ARC Welder to latest version of Chrome.
(2) Launch ARC Welder.
(3) Arc Welder launches but screen is completely blank.

What is the expected result?
Arc Welder to load properly in order to continue use of software.

What happens instead?
Arc Welder launches completely blank with an empty rectangle with minimize and exit only visible in the upper right corner.
