Taking this out of crbug.com/788442 which is more specific about testing a CrOS Chrome browser on Linux.

We now have a CrOS bot running our UI tests. So, we are not blocked on crbug.com/788442 and this. So, I'll reduce priority. However, it's still nice to have a way to run telemetry against CrOS on Linux for quick debugging.
