CQ triggered trybots do not show up for Skia's buildbot project. Example: https://skia-review.googlesource.com/c/buildbot/+/91862

Clicking on the message by commit-bot does display the status of the CQ trybots:

But the PolyGerrit UI does not. There is a message in the JS console:
"Buildbucket plugin not configured for this project."


The main Skia project does not have this problem. Is it because the buildbot project does not have a buildbucket.config? it never had it but not sure if it is a requirement now.
