Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.84 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: Windows 10, running 4k displays, 150% font scaling (windows default) 1. Open DevTools Network tab. 2. Load website with long list of requests that exceeds available vertical space and causes scrollbars to appear 3. Observe that it's impossible to scroll down all the way to the bottom on the request list. The last request is hidden behind the status bar which shows something like "80 request | xx KB transferred") What is the expected behavior? The pane should allow scrolling all the way to the bottom and not hide the bottom-most request behind the status bar. What went wrong? Probably a UI layout issue. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 63.0.3239.84 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:
