Issue descriptionAbout "Developing apps on your Chromebook" page below: https://www.chromium.org/chromium-os/developing-apps-on-your-chromium-os-device The Development apps page suggests Cloud9 or Runnable as a Cloud IDE, but it is a bit old information and need to be updated: - "Cloud9" is migrated to "AWS Cloud9" (https://aws.amazon.com/cloud9/). - "Runnable" is pivoted, and is no longer Cloud IDE. It can be removed from the list. - Adding other simple browser-based Cloud IDEs * PaizaCloud (https://paiza.cloud/) * Codeanywhere( https://codeanywhere.com/ )
