Import data screen is displayed though there is no accounts exists.

Issue description

App Version: 64.0.3282.73 Beta
iOS Version:  10.3.3, 11.2
Device: iPhone and iPad

Pre-condition: 
Device shouldn’t contain any saved google accounts in SSO apps.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Fresh install and launch chrome (don’t sign in to chrome)
2. Go to settings and tap on sign in to chrome 
3. Provide a valid credentials
4. In ‘Hi username’ slide, tap on undo button
5. Tap again on sign in to chrome button in settings
6. Use credentials that are not used in step3

Observed results:
Notice that import data screen is displayed with email id, which is removed at step4

Note: when the steps 3 to 6 is followed in First run sign in, import data screen is not displayed.

Expected results:
Since the undo button is tapped the import data screen shouldn’t be displayed.

Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build (App Version, iOS Version): Yes on M64 Beta
