Is this reproducible with other browsers?
What's 'force zoom' in the summary?

Verified on SM-J710F and SM-G930F and couldn't find the "Force enable zoom" option. Could you please provide the device details where we can force zoom and reproduce the issue. Please provide the screencast if possible, this would help us in triaging the issue.

Also tried using screen magnification and was not able to reproduce the issue.

Thanks in advance!
