Portrait rendering not same after rotating to landscape and back when force zoom is enabled. |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 63.0.3239.111 OS: (e.g. Win7, OSX 10.9.5, etc...) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open https://m.search.naver.com/search.naver?where=m_image&sm=mtb_jum&query=intel#imgId=news4690000192654_1 (2) Rotate to landscape mode and come back to portrait (3) What is the expected result? Portrait image rendering should be same before or after rotation. What happens instead? After rotation, image shrinks. Please use labels and text to provide additional information. For graphics-related bugs, please copy/paste the contents of the about:gpu page at the end of this report.

Tested the issue in Android and not able to reproduce the issue. Steps Followed: 1. Launched the Chrome Browser. 2. Navigate to the URL: https://m.search.naver.com/search.naver?where=m_image&sm=mtb_jum&query=intel#imgId=news4690000192654_1 3. Rotate device to landscape mode. 4. Rotate to portrait mode. 5. Observe that the image is displayed same as in the Step-2 Chrome versions tested: 63.0.3239.111(Stable), 65.0.3315.0(Canary) OS: Android 8.1; Android 7.0 Android Devices: Pixel 2; SM-J710F, Build/NRD90M @ramya.v -- Could you please share the device details where the issue is reproduced or let us know if we have missed anything or are there any pre-requisites to be followed. Thanks in advance!

Verified on SM-J710F and SM-G930F and couldn't find the "Force enable zoom" option. Could you please provide the device details where we can force zoom and reproduce the issue. Please provide the screencast if possible, this would help us in triaging the issue. Also tried using screen magnification and was not able to reproduce the issue. Thanks in advance!

Tested the issue in Android and able to reproduce the issue. Similar behavior is observed since Chrome #59.0.3030.0 Steps Followed: 1. Launched the Chrome Browser. And check the option "Force enable zoom" by navigating to Chrome Settings >> Accessibility. 2. Navigate to the URL: https://m.search.naver.com/search.naver?where=m_image&sm=mtb_jum&query=intel 3. Tap on any of the image. 4. Change the device to land scape mode. 5. Change device to portrait mode. 6. Observed that there are black patches on left and right side of the images. Which was not observed in Step-3. Chrome versions tested: 59.0.3030.0, 64.0.3282.123(Stable), 66.0.3334.0(Canary) OS: Android 7.1.1 Android Devices: SM-N950F Build/NMF26X This seems to be a Non-Regression issue as same behavior is seen since M59.
