Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9901.77.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.97 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Latest stable Chrome OS update 2018 januari 8 (maybe some days earlier) 2. Cloud Print printers "Offline for more than a month" (wich is not true) 3. What is the expected behavior? Printers should be online What went wrong? Bug in OS update? Did this work before? Yes 62.xxx I think Chrome version: Channel: stable OS Version: 9901.77.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 27.0 r0 Urgent! We are not alone. Some other schools have this ploblem also.

Yes, it seems to be the same bug, however it works now, so you can close my case. I dont know why it works now. Maybe another update fixed it or an update to your cloud print servers maybe fixed it.
