This isn't a Chromium issue, but rather an issue with the security of your Google Account.

If you suspect your Google Account has been hacked, you should change your password immediately at https://myaccount.google.com/security#signin. Be sure to use a long, complex, and unique password that you do not use on any other sites.

Check your contacts at https://contacts.google.com and delete any that you do not recognize. Perform a security checkup to identify possible account security issues after changing your password at https://myaccount.google.com/security-checkup.

Thanks, 93m4qau783. As he says, this isn't a Chrome bug, so this is the wrong place to report it. Good luck resolving the issue!
(Sorry, 93m4qau783, should have been gender neutral there)
