Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.90 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. cd third_party\skia 2. bin\gn gen out/Shared --args="is_component_build=true" --ide=vs 3. ninja -C out/Shared What is the expected behavior? skia.dll will be generated. What went wrong? skia.dll was not generated. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 60.0.3112.90 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

As the issue seems to be related to third party .dll which is out of scope for triaging from TE end, hence adding label TE-NeedsTriageHelp for further investigation. Thanks!

What do you mean? I should remove some third parties like sk_app to build skia.dll ? Please guide me. I realy want to learn this project.

There are instructions here: https://skia.org/dev/chrome/repo (but I need to remove the make/gyp commands, don't use them...) and more extensively on the build options for Skia here: https://skia.org/user/build If you can give more detail on the problems you encounter when trying to build we are happy to try to help!

People in here is so kind. May you help with other problem of chromium? I want to use the ui/views framework to make apps, but the example in ui/views doesn't work. Could anyone fix bugs of views_examples_exe in chromium/src/ui/views/example. I'm very grateful.
