Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3312.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open any new tab 2. Check console messages 3. Found multiple messages of using Fallback font What is the expected behavior? 1. No info message of Fallback font should come for locally loaded fonts. What went wrong? A new tab extension is using custom fonts locally available in extension and loading it with '@font-face' method in a css file. I am having 6 mbps connection and still getting the message of fall back font. It should not come as fonts are being loaded from local file. WebStore page: Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 65.0.3312.0 Channel: n/a OS Version: OS X 10.13.1 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 28.0 r0 How we can solve this issue for fonts loaded locally? Any practice which can solve this issue?

Mac triage: marking for extension team triage. Can we actually need to use fallback fonts when there is no connection but an extension is loading fonts locally?
