Unable to reproduce the issue on reported version 63.0.3239.84 using Ubuntu 14.04 i.e; Launched 63.0.3239.84 and able to use chrome successfully. @Reporter:Could you check this issue by freshly installing/Upgrading latest stable 63.0.3239.132 and let us know the behaviour. You can download latest build from https://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel. This would help in further triaging of the issue. Thanks!
