Mobile friendly view is cutting off page title before "-" character

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open any telix.pl article in the mobile-friendly view

What is the expected behavior?
Title is displayed in 100%

What went wrong?
Title part before "-" is cut off

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? No 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 65.0.3312.0  Channel: canary
