We have a number of boards that exist in the chromeos_config that do not exist in ge_build_config.json produced by GE.

The current list:

amd64-generic, arm-generic, arm64-generic, arm64-llvmpipe, auron, glados, kunimitsu, lasilla-sky, moblab-generic-vm, nyan, rambi, rowan, slippy, smaug, tael, tatl, umaro, veyron_pinky, x32-generic, x86-alex, x86-alex_he, x86-generic, x86-mario, x86-zgb, x86-zgb_he

We should resolve all of them, so that these two sources of truth are fully in sync.
