1.8%-31.1% regression in rasterize_and_record_micro.top_25 at 526849:526918

Most stories in this benchmark improved significantly, so this is probably WontFix, but some pages regressed significantly (pinterest, weather), so let's see if bisect identifies a culprit and see what they think just to be sure.

gbiv's AFDO change is in this range, so let's ping them if bisect fails. There's also a v8 and catapult roll, so who knows.

vmpstr and wkorman own rasterize_and_record_micro.top_25.
