Language Selection UI disappears during side swipe

App Version (from "Chrome Settings > About Chrome"): M65
iOS Version: iOS 11
Device: iPhone

Steps to reproduce: 
1.) Load a page which requires translation
2.) Click on source or target detected language to bring up language selection UI
3.) Side swipe the toolbar

Observed behavior: 
Language selection UI disappears

Expected behavior: 
Language selection UI should be a part of moved snapshot

There should probably be a general solution for this issue. In New Download Manager UI I have the same problem.

This is related to snapshotting and we don't think it should be high priority.
