Flake Analyzer should already be able to do this automatically before filing bugs. We can expose this functionality through a button so a user can know the status of a flaky test in a recent build, which is especially helpful for developers who want to know if their fixes indeed fixed flakiness
 

Flake Analyzer should already be able to do this automatically before filing bugs. We can expose this functionality through a button so a user can know the status of a flaky test in a recent build, which is especially helpful for developers who want to know if their fixes indeed fixed flakiness.

Larger task, but plan to do in Q2.

Open questions:
1. Do we want to append to an analysis, or just set bit that it's flaky/not flaky?
2. Needs design.
