Steps To Reproduce:
(1)Start OOBE
(2)login to user account
(3)Observe the sync disclosure screen

Expected Result:

Actual Result:
As per the mock screens
- There is no "Back" button at "you're signed in!" screen.
- Instead of the "Accept and Continue" button it has a "Next" button
- also, Shutdown button is missed at bottom of left side screen.

If it is excepted, please update mocks and mark this bug as wontfix.

it?
