In order to ease the conversion between libchrome revision r395517 and r456626 I'd like to make some intermediate changes to libchrome to get the APIs on the former to match the latter. Unfortunately the uprev is already in master for this repo and we're not pulling that in because the ebuild is pinned to an earlier commit[1].

To make these changes and ease the transition I'd like a branch pointing at https://chromium.googlesource.com/aosp/platform/external/libchrome/+/7b88bc885b9d8dc551beab840b853a79fa06494d called "uprev-helper".
