when I scroll down to up using up key UI getting distorted.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open browser.
2. open http://toolsqa.com/client-server/http-request/ site
3. scroll down.
4. scroll up to the upper end.

What is the expected behavior?
UI should be consist.

What went wrong?
automatically scrolling up down continuously without any input.

Did this work before? N/A
