Implement createMediaElementSource() on audio/video elements

Issue description

Given the upcoming implementations of getUserMedia to hook up microphone and video to the audio/video tags, among other use cases, we need the audioSource attribute available to get the full potential of the API.

The spec currently defines two different approaches:

By the way, it won't be implemented as ".audioSource" attribute on HTMLMediaElement, but by createMediaElementSource():

henrika@ was kind enough to dig into this and helping me with information and finding the test page below, which in turn I used to verify that the API can apply effects on an audio tag and played it back using WebAudio.
