This is in the context of Mojo APIs as well as any service or public component APIs across the code base.

There is some agreement that "mojom" is a better name than "interfaces" for several reasons:

 - more accurate; not all mojom are interface definitions
 - consistent with all other public subdirs which are names of languages
 - less typing!

The downside is that the ship has sailed pretty far out to sea on this issue, so renaming everything will be lots of churn. Still worth doing at low priority IMHO, and we should encourage use of "mojom" moving forward.
