WebRequest API: How to read response body

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Using WebRequest API, I am able to see request details, headers and response status, headers etc but not response body.

Does this work in other browsers? No
 I am creating a chrome extension that records all the requests fired in browser and response generated.

I don't believe the WebRequest API gives you access to the response body.
