[Chrome][M63][Android 8.0] Black screen is display when getting out of "multi-window" mode

Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Launch Chrome 2. Long-press recent key to enter "multi-window" mode 3. Select home screen for bottom window (Chrome for top window) 4. Swipe up to getting out of "multi-window" mode 5. Launch Chrome immediately What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Black screen is display when getting out of "multi-window" mode. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 63.0.3239.111 Channel: stable OS Version: 8.0 Flash Version:

Tested the issue in Android and could not reproduce the issue. No Black screen is observed Steps Followed: 1. Launched Chrome 2. Long-tapped recent key to enable "multi-window" mode 3. Selected home screen for bottom window (Chrome for top window) 4. Swiped up to getting out of "multi-window" mode 5. Launched Chrome immediately 6. No Black screen is observed Chrome versions tested: 63.0.3239.111 OS Android 8.0.0 Android Devices Pixel XL 8.0.0 @seiyon: Could you please help us with details of your device for further triaging of the issue.
