Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome browser
2. Move to Settings and click Advance 
3. Now Click Manage Passwords
4. Click the Eye icon to view the Password
5. Now Remove any one User Name and Password (eg . Username=Prabhu & Password=Prabhu)
6. Now observe that the next Username and Password (the removed password is getting updated in the next user) 

What is the expected behavior?
The Password for the next user should remain same.

What went wrong?
When a Username & Password is removed , the removed password is getting updated in the next Username.

Chrome version: 63.0.3239.84  Channel: stable

kindly revert me back for this.... it is a security issue
