Renderer crash on load

1. Navigate to https://codepen.io/simonverreydt/pen/opWmNz

2. Save the page locally

3. Load the saved page.

This will crash dev channel on Linux (65.0.3298.3)

Able to reproduce this issue across all OS on chrome #65.0.3298.3. But this seems to be fixed on chrome latest M64 #64.0.3282.85 and latest M65 #65.0.3319.0. 

Removing blocker label for now, please feel free to add it back if this is not the case.
