Cannot create a certificate with cacert.org

Reported by rue...@gmx.net, Jan 4 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.97 Safari/537.36 Vivaldi/1.94.1008.40

Example URL:
https://www.cacert.org/account.php

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Login to my account at cacert.org
2. go to Client Certificates -> New
3. accept "I accept the CAcert Community Agreement"
4. click next
5. Message "I didn't receive a valid Certificate Request, hit the back button and try again."

variante:
3a. include one or more than one e-mail adresses
4. click next.
4.a. Message "Keysize:" followed by the button "Generate key pair within browser"
4b. click on the button "Generate key pair within browser"
5. Message "I didn't receive a valid Certificate Request, hit the back button and try again."

What is the expected behavior?
While doing the same procedure in Firefox, in every case, step 4a. apears with a context menu between the word "keysize:" and the button "Generate key pair within browser". With this menu, I can choose the keysize to complete the command.

What went wrong?
The keysize context menu is not displayed, so incomplete commands were sent.

Does it occur on multiple sites: No

Is it a problem with a plugin? No

Did this work before? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? Yes
