It looks like the test fails because we expect the spinner to be hidden but the dialog instead closes altogether. I don't know why this would be happening, and I can't repro at all so this will need more investigation.

Rouslan, can you PTAL?

Nothing in the code immediately explains why the dialog closes. Need more investigation.
