Now back to normal. I will keep the bug open so that phoglund@ can take a look and confirm whether this is the same as https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=784304. Priority lowered.

Right, we were investigating why that bot was so slow and misconfigured the audio for a few days (the bot was reading from mic rather than loopback).
