Issue descriptionVersion: 65.0.3311.0 e475c8f306fab051ba9e7bcba48479691ee6b9b3-refs/heads/master@{#526879} OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.12.6,10.13.1) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome,navigate to NTP and open devtools. 2. Now go to 'Audit' section and run audit and then open New tab and go to 'Audit' section and run 'Audit' and observe Audit overlay Actual: Audit process in second tab doesn't get completed and progress bar is seen incomplete Expected: Audit process in second tab should be seen completed along with its progress bar or error message should be seen This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 65’ and below is the bisect info : Good build: 65.0.3310.0 (Revision: 526576). Bad build: 65.0.3311.0 (Revision: 526879). You are probably looking for a change made after 526853 (known good), but no later than 526854 (first known bad).
