OS:Mac(10.12.6,10.13.2),win(7,8.1,10),Linux(14.04 LTS)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome, navigate to NTP and open devtools.
2. Now go to 'Performance' section and record some activity(atleast twice).
3. Now press Tab key until focus reaches to 'Recordings' drop and observe.
Actual Result:Blank Username is seen on save password bubble.
Expected Result:Blank Username should not be seen on save password bubble.
This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-65 series from build # 65.0.3292.0
