VK not work after special step

REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to US, FLoating keyboard
2.Long press on any key of the first line (e.g. 'q') and wait the float window pop up
3.Select '1'from the floating window
  
Actual result: 
VK turn to not work('1' is not submitted, and the floating window does not disappear, clicking anywhere of VK makes no sense)
