Tested the issue on reported version 63.0.3239.108 using Windows 7 with https://web-push-book.gauntface.com/demos/notification-examples/ link. Observed no chop of webpush notification. @Reporter: Please upgrade chrome to latest stable or download chrome from https://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel and check the issue. Report us back with the behavior in latest stable and site on which you are seeing this issue. This would help in triaging the issue in a better way. Thanks!

Hi Sindhu, thanks for the response, as you told this issue did not happen after the update , Now It happened on chrome 66, could you take this issue and check or is it one device specific?

Additional Info: The issue happened only on one device intermittently. The issue happened after the user unlock the machine in the morning 9:30 AM, this notification has been received on 2:30 AM in the same morning, usually the user locks the machine, no log off

As we are unable to reproduce the issue from our end and it is understood that the issue happened only on one device intermittently (...from Comment#4) hence adding label "TE-NeedsTriageHelp" and requesting some one from "UI>Notifications" team to have a look into this and help in further triaging it. Note: Tried checking with the URL given in C#6, waited for some considerable amount of time, didn't get any notification to confirm. Thanks!
